Are all customers eligible for every Beta?
Not always. While the Lab provides visibility into all Betas, certain features may require specific product packages, data configurations, or use cases. Our Product Management team reviews all requests against the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for that specific feature to ensure you actually get value out of testing it.
Where can I find the Beta features after I’ve been accepted?
All Betas are launchable directly from the Innovation Lab, so you can always access the functionality directly from there. Some functionality is also accessible directly in existing workflows (for example, Keyword Builder Agent → Available in Demandbase Advertising “Create Campaign” workflow).
What is expected of me if I am approved for a Beta?
By joining a Beta, you are partnering with our product team! We expect participants to actively use the feature and provide honest, timely feedback via surveys, in-app prompts, or short interviews with our Product Managers.
Is there an additional cost to participate in the Innovation Lab?
No. Accessing the Innovation Lab and participating in Beta testing is completely free for existing customers. Important: Once a feature reaches General Availability, it may be packaged into a specific paid tier, but testing it in the Lab incurs no extra charges.
How long do Beta programs usually last?
It varies by feature, but most beta programs run for 30 to 90 days. You are notified when a Beta program is concluding and transitioning to General Availability.
Are Beta programs documented in the Demandbase Help Center?
Primary documentation is in-product during Beta. Beta programs do not appear in the Demandbase Help Center until General Availability.
