Integrate Adobe with Demandbase

Context

The Adobe integration allows you to add Adobe Audience Manager as a Destination for your Orchestration Audiences. After you set up the integration, you can create person-based Audiences to use with Adobe Audience Manager.

Important: Adobe does not require specific permissioning to use the integration, but you must have a contract to receive the required information to configure the integration, such as your Data Source IDs. 

Prerequisites/Preparation

You must have Administrative privileges in Demandbase.

To use people-based Audiences, you must have Demandbase integrated with Salesforce or a Marketing Automation System.

Steps

  1. From the left navigation bar, go to Settings_N.png Settings > Demandbase-Wide Settings > Integration.
  2. Click Create Data Source and select Adobe.
  3. Enter the following:
    • Connection name: Enter a name for the integration. The name appears in Demandbase and can help you distinguish between multiple integrations for the same data source.
      Important: Enter a Connection name with no spaces. For example, enter Connection_name.
    • Primary Account Contact Email: Enter your primary Adobe account contact’s email address.
    • Cookie Data Source ID: Enter your numeric desktop Data Source ID.
    • iOS Data Source ID: Enter your numeric iOS Data Source ID.
    • Android Data Source ID: Enter your number Android Data Source ID.

      Tip: The Data Source ID for desktop, iOS, and Android may be different values. For the device types you do not use, enter \"0\" in the provided field.
  4. Click Save.

Outcome

You can now add Adobe as a Destination for your Audiences.

(Optional) Add any additional Adobe accounts you want to use as a Destination for your Audiences.
