Integrate Adobe Audience Manager with Demandbase

The Adobe Audience Manager integration allows you to add Adobe Audience Manager as a destination for your Audiences. After setting up the integration, you can create person-based Audiences to use with Adobe Audience Manager. 

Prerequisites

• You must have a license for Adobe Audience Manager to obtain the information required to configure the integration, such as Data Source IDs.
• In Demandbase Permissions, you must have Edit rights for Settings > Integrated Systems > Integrations.

Steps

1. From the left navigation bar, go to Settings > Integrated Systems > Integrations.
2. Click New Integration and select Adobe.
3. Enter the following:
   • Connection name: Name for the integration. In Demandbase, you can use the name to distinguish between multiple integrations with Adobe Audience Manager.
     Important: Don’t use spaces. For example, enter Connection_name.
   • Primary Account Contact Email: Primary Adobe account contact’s email address.
   • Cookie Data Source ID: Numeric cookie Data Source ID.
   • iOS Data Source ID: Numeric iOS Data Source ID.
   • Android Data Source ID: Numeric Android Data Source ID.
     Tips: 
     • The Data Source IDs for cookie, iOS, and Android may be different. 
     • For unused device types, enter \"0\".
4. Click Save.

Outcome

Add Adobe as a destination for your Audiences.
