Take Action: Salesloft Cadences

  • Updated

Context

The Add to Salesloft Cadence and Remove from Salesloft Cadence actions allow you to add or remove people from Salesloft Cadences directly from Demandbase.

Important: Take Action functionality is limited to a maximum of 100 records at a time. This limit doesn't apply when using Automations within the Orchestration solution.

Outcome

Demandbase sends a request to Salesloft to add or remove people from the Salesloft Cadence.

Important: If a person as already added to another Cadence, an error message appears in Action History and a pop-up message warns you that Demandbase was unable to complete the action.

The following error messages may also appear for actions that cannot be assigned:

  • Invalid entry selected for Cadence given selection in Salesloft User: Salesloft user doesn't have access to the Cadence.
  • Cadence is not owned by the provided user and is not a Team Cadence: Salesloft user doesn't have access to the private Cadence.
