Context
The Change Account Data and Change Person Data actions allow you to change field values in your Salesforce account directly from Demandbase.

Steps: Change Account Data
- Select accounts to change field values for and click Take Action.
- In the right Take Action section, select the CRM tab and click Change Account Data.
- Select the Account Field you want to change.
- Select or enter the New Field Value. The options available depend on the account field you selected.
Tip: For fields that allow you to enter a value, you can select Token to write the value from another field to the one you selected. - Click Confirm.
Steps: Change Person Data
- Select people to change field values for and click Take Action.
- In the right Take Action section, select the CRM tab and click Change Person Data.
- Select the Lead/Contact Field you want to change.
- Select or enter the New Field Value. The options available depend on the person field you selected.
Tip: For fields that allow you to enter a value, you can select Token to write the value from another field to the one you selected. - Click Confirm.
Outcome
Demandbase changes the account or person field values during the next scheduled sync with your Salesforce account.
