If you have both Sandbox and Production tenants, you can switch between the tenants in Demandbase.
Important:
- For CRM integrations, make sure you connect each tenant to the correct CRM instance. The Sandbox tenant should be integrated with the Sandbox CRM, and the Production tenant should be integrated with the Production CRM.
- For MAS (Marketing Automation System) integrations, Demandbase shows a message that strongly recommends integrating each Sandbox and Production tenant to the corresponding MAS Sandbox and Production tenant.
Demandbase provides UI elements to distinguish between a Sandbox and a Production tenant.
In a Sandbox tenant, a blue header notch displays at the top of the screen. In addition, Sandbox appears highlighted in blue next to the Sandbox tenant name in the table.
Steps
- From the left navigation bar, go to
Settings > My Profile > Tenant Switcher.
- Go to the desired tenant and click Set Tenant.
