Switch between ABX Sandbox and Production Tenants 

Context

Demandbase provide UI elements to distinguish between a Sandbox and a Production tenant.

• In a Sandbox tenant, a green header notch displays at the top of the screen.
  
  
• In a Demo/Production tenant, there is no notch at the top of the screen.
  

In addition, Sandbox appears highlighted in green next to a Sandbox tenant name in the table. 

Important:

• For CRM integrations, ensure you connect the correct tenant to the correct CRM instance. Set up a Sandbox tenant to route to the Sandbox login and set up a Production tenant to route to the Production login.
• For Marketing Automation System (MAS) integrations, Demandbase provides messaging during setup that strongly recommends connecting Production and Sandbox Demandbase tenants to their respective Production and Sandbox MAS instances.

Steps

1. From the left navigation bar, go to  Settings > My Profile > Tenant Switcher. 
2. Click Set Tenant to switch between your Sandbox and Production tenants.
