Add Custom Journey Stages to Demandbase Attribution

  • Updated

Context

In Salesforce, you can add custom Journey Stages for Attribution. For example, the Account Journey includes the following out-of-the-box stages:

  • No Engagement
  • Aware
  • MQA
  • Meeting
  • Open Opportunity
  • Qualified Opportunity
  • Customer
  • Recycle
  • Disqualified

The following steps are for Account Journey Stages, but you can follow the same process for People and Opportunity stage customizations, using the relevant objects for those member types.
