Add Automation Actions to Enroll or Unenroll People from HubSpot Workflows

Context

When you create an Automation, you can add an action to enroll or unenroll people from HubSpot Workflows from the Actions tab. This action allows you to manage people in HubSpot Workflows based on the Selector criteria you specify.

The actions you can add depend on the member type (Account or Person) selected for an Automation. See Automation Actions.

Prerequisites/Preparation

You must have Admin privileges or be assigned to a permission set with the required access to use Orchestration.

Steps: Enroll People in HubSpot Workflows

1. From the left navigation bar, go to  Orchestration > Automations.
2. Click Create New to create a new Automation or click the name of an existing Automation.
3. Click the Actions tab and click the plus icon.
   Tip: You can add multiple actions to an Automation. If an Automation already has an action added, click + Add Action to add another action.
   
4. In the Add Action window, select the Partner tab and click Enroll to HubSpot Workflow.
5. In the Enroll to HubSpot Workflow window, select the workflow to enroll people in from the Workflow drop-down list.
   
6. Click Save.

Steps: Unenroll People from HubSpot Workflows

1. From the left navigation bar, go to Orchestration > Automations.
2. Click Create New to create a new automation or click the name of an existing automation.
3. Click the Actions tab and click the plus icon.
   Tip: You can add multiple actions to an Automation. If an Automation already has an action added, click + Add Action to add another action.
   
   
4. In the Add Action window, select the Partner tab and click Un-enroll from HubSpot Workflow.
5. In the Un-enroll from HubSpot Workflow window, select the workflow to unenroll people from in the Workflow drop-down list.
   
   
6. Click Save.

Outcome

When the Automation runs, Demandbase identifies people that meet the Selector criteria and enrolls or unenrolls them from the selected HubSpot Workflow.
