The Outreach Sequence actions allow you to automatically add and remove people from Outreach Sequences.
Prerequisites
- You must have Admin privileges or be assigned to a permission set with the required access to use Orchestration.
- Demandbase must be integrated with Outreach.
- You must have active Outreach Sequences.
Add People to Outreach Sequences
- From the left navigation bar, go to
Orchestration > Automations.

Create an Automation with Person Member Type.
Tip: You can edit an existing automation by clicking an Automation name. - In the left main action panel, select CRM & MAS > Add to Outreach Sequence.
- In the right sub-action panel, complete the following drop-downs:

Assignee: Outreach user who can access Sequence.
Important: Sequences that are public can be accessed by any Outreach user. - Sequence: Outreach Sequence you want people added to.

Assignee: Outreach user who can access Sequence.
- Connect the sub-action node to the Set Automation Flow main action node.
- In the Set Automation Flow main action node, define the population and schedule.
- Publish the Automation.
Remove People from Outreach Sequences
- From the left navigation bar, go to
Orchestration > Automations.

Create an Automation with Person Member Type.
Tip: You can edit an existing automation by clicking an Automation name. - In the left main action panel, select CRM & MAS > Add to Outreach Sequence.
- In the right sub-action panel, complete the following drop-downs:

Assignee: Outreach user who can access Sequence.
Important: Sequences can be accessed by the owner, and by any Outreach user if they are set to public. - Sequence: Outreach Sequence you want people removed from.

Assignee: Outreach user who can access Sequence.
- Connect the sub-action node to the Set Automation Flow main action node.
- In the Set Automation Flow main action node, define the population and schedule.
- Publish the Automation.
