Adobe (Marketo) Dynamic Chat provides an intuitive way to engage both people and accounts visiting your website. It enables you to capture key information, such as names, contact details, and free-text responses, while allowing visitors to chat with live agents and book meetings with your sales team. Engagement data from Dynamic Chat can also be used to add members to Marketo programs and trigger cross-channel campaigns.
With the Demandbase–Adobe Dynamic Chat integration, you can use Demandbase person attributes to enhance targeting, personalize branding, and enable custom routing within Dynamic Chat.
Prerequisites
- You must have a license for Adobe Marketo Engage.
- You must have a license for Demandbase Personalization.
- You must have Admin permissions in Demandbase.
Steps
- Use Demandbase Account Connector to set up the Adobe Dynamic Chat integration. See Set Up Demandbase to Send Data to an Integration: Account Connector.
- Follow the Adobe documentation to complete the setup. If you encounter issues, contact your Adobe CSM.
