How Matching Works

Company Matching

The algorithm matches input fields such as company name, email, and website against the Demandbase database. It also evaluates additional fields like location and applies fuzzy logic to handle spelling variations. Results are ranked using internal scoring and external signals such as social and news activity.

Contact Matching

The algorithm first identifies the company, then matches contacts within that company. It validates email and domain data, prioritizes active employment, and ranks results using scoring and external signals.
