Manage Custom Actions you’ve created to take action on accounts or people.
You can manage Custom Actions in Settings > Integrated Systems > Custom Action Configurations.
Edit Status of Custom Action
- In the Status column of the Custom Action you want to edit, click the toggle to set status to active or inactive.
Important: You can only deactivate a Custom Action if it’s not being used in an automation.
Edit Custom Action
- Hover over the row of the action you want to edit.
- Click the gear icon that appears.
- Click Edit.
Delete Custom Action
- Hover over the row of the action you want to edit.
- Click the gear icon that appears.
- Click Delete.
