Manage Custom Actions

Manage Custom Actions you’ve created to take action on accounts or people. 

You can manage Custom Actions in Settings_N.png Settings > Integrated Systems > Custom Action Configurations.

Edit Status of Custom Action

  1. In the Status column of the Custom Action you want to edit, click the toggle to set status to active or inactive.

Important: You can only deactivate a Custom Action if it’s not being used in an automation.

Edit Custom Action

  1. Hover over the row of the action you want to edit.
  2. Click the gear icon that appears.
  3. Click Edit

Delete Custom Action

  1. Hover over the row of the action you want to edit.
  2. Click the gear icon that appears.
  3. Click Delete
