In your CRM, use Demandbase One for Sales to create a dynamic watchlist that automatically tracks companies based on the Account or Opportunity criteria you define.
Important: These watchlists are only available to users with Elite license.
Steps
- In your CRM, log in to the Demandbase iFrame.
- In the iFrame, click the three lines at the top right, and select Manage Watchlists.
- Click Create New.
- In the window that opens, click Automated CRM Watchlist.
- In the window that opens, do the following:
- Enter a Watchlist Name.
- Select one of the following options from the Account Criteria drop-down list:
- Account I own: Add accounts owned by the user to the watchlist.
- Open opportunities I own: Add all open opportunities owned by the user to the watchlist.
- Custom Criteria: Use Salesforce fields to create a customized watchlist.
- Click Save.
Important: Watchlists can have up to 200 companies.
- Click Review matches. If there are unmatched companies, the list appears by default in the window that opens.
- Click Find Company next to an unmatched account to search for a match in Demandbase One for Sales.
- Search for and select the matching company.
- Click Save.
