The LeanData One-time Routing action allows you to send high-value accounts directly into LeanData’s routing engine. This ensures that key signals such as spikes in engagement, intent, or inactivity automatically trigger immediate workflows, like routing accounts to the appropriate rep or assigning follow-up tasks.
Use Cases
| Use Case | When to Use | How It Works |
|---|---|---|
| Automated Account Routing | You want to route accounts automatically to the right stakeholder when engagement signals are detected. |
Demandbase: Automation identifies accounts with specific activities → pushes them to LeanData. LeanData: Flow diagram triggers from account-level data changes powered by Demandbase → flow assigns the appropriate stakeholder. |
| Engagement Detection & Prioritization | You want to route high-engagement accounts or those moving to a new Journey Stage. |
Demandbase: Flags accounts with engagement levels or stage movement → pushes them to LeanData. LeanData: Flow triggers on account changes → routes to the right owner or priority queue. |
| Intelligent Routing & Sales Alignment | You want to update account status, reassign ownership, and notify reps automatically. |
Demandbase: Updates account status, pushes accounts into sales engagement tools, and into LeanData. LeanData: Flow triggers → updates routing, ownership, and alerts reps. |
| Automated Follow-Up & Escalation | You want to remind reps about stale accounts and escalate if no action is taken. |
Demandbase: Detects accounts with no recent sales activity → an Action creates follow-up tasks → identifies when reps don’t act. LeanData: Flow triggers on inactivity → reassigns or escalates account. |
