Understanding the Buying Group Filter Agent

  • Updated

The Buying Group Filter Agent is an AI-powered, chat-based feature that lets you filter accounts and people in the Buying Group Insights page using natural language. Instead of navigating complex selectors, you can simply ask the agent for what you need, and it guides you to the right results

Access the Filter Agent

  1. From the left navigate bar, go to   AI Dashboard.
  2. Click the top right Filters button. A chat panel appears on the right side of the page.

Using the Filter Agent

When the Filter Agent opens, it displays a set of suggested prompts to get you started.

  1. Select a prompt type to get started:
    • Click a suggested prompt, such as:
"Show me marketing executives who haven’t engaged yet."
“Show me Likely Accounts that have more than 100M in Revenue and no Open Opportunities”
    • Or type your own, such as:
“Filter by accounts whose number of employees is 500 or more”
  2. The agent then generates a visual query, showing the underlying selectors and operators it uses to filter the data.
  3. When you're ready, click Yes, apply filter. This filters all sections: the Buying Group Overview heatmap, Engagement by Personas bar chart, and both the Accounts and People tables.
Important: Filters apply across all Buying Group tabs, not just the one you're currently viewing.

Reset the Filter Agent

You can clear all filters by clicking the top right Reset View

Tips:

  • The link only appears when a filter is applied.
  • You can use the Filter and Action agents together.

Refine the Filter with Natural Language

After a filter is applied, you can continue adjusting it using explicit natural language commands. For example:

  • Add: To add new conditions
e.g., “Add a filter for revenue greater than 100M”
  • Modify: To edit existing criteria
e.g., “Modify the industry to finance”
  • Remove: To delete a selector
e.g., “Remove the pipeline predict filter”
