Fix Incorrect Person and Account Match in Demandbase One for Sales iFrame

In Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, you can fix incorrect matches between Demandbase One for Sales and Salesforce Person and Account data.

Tip: If you can't find a company or person in your search, you can submit basic company and people details to Demandbase and add them to our database. See Add a Company or Person Record in Sales Intelligence.

Update Incorrect Person Match

  1. In Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, go to any person record.
  2. Go to the Demandbase One for Sales app.
  3. Next to the person's name, click the pencil icon.

  4. To match, search for a person and click Select next to the right person.
  5. To unmatch, search for a person and click Matched next to the right person.

Update Incorrect Account Match

  1. In Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, go to any account record.
  2. Go to the Demandbase One for Sales app.
  3. Next to the account name, click the pencil icon.

  4. To match, search for an account and click Select next to the appropriate account.
  5. To unmatch, search for an account and click Matched next to the appropriate account.
