AI Insights provides summaries of an account's or account list's intent activity. It gives you a detailed and actionable understanding of intent signals throughout the customer journey.
By examining account intent signals, such as trending interests and their stage in the buying journey, AI insights provides critical insights. These insights enable you to refine your campaign strategies, optimize account engagement approaches, and improve the speed at which opportunities advance through the sales pipeline.
Important: The Intent summaries are updated every 24 hours.
Summary Types
- Top Intent Keyword Set: The actively researched topics related to your top keyword set.
- Top Intent Keywords: The most researched terms inside the top intent keyword set.
- Steady Increase: A gradual rise in interest for specific keywords.
- Spike in Interest: A notable increase in activity around a specific keyword over the past month.
- Specific Searches: Searches for specific keywords.
- Consistent Interest: Sustained engagement with specific keywords as an account progresses through the Engage and Convert stages.
- Competitor Interest: If there is increased interest in keywords related to the account's main competitor.
- Competitor Monitoring: If there are closely monitored competitor product keywords.
- Consistent High Intent: Continued strong activity around related keywords.
- Broad Keyword Focus: Keyword focus across a range of topics.
Steps
- In Demandbase One for Marketing, from the left navigation bar, go to
Analytics, then select Intent.
- Select an account or account list from the first drop down at the top.
- In the AI Insights card, view intent summaries. By default, Top Intent Keyword Set and Top Intent Keywords are displayed first.
- Click Generate more insights to see more.
