If you find incorrect information for a company or person in Demandbase One for Sales, you can flag it and enter the right information for our reference.
Review Process
Demandbase reviews flagged information (within 48 hours) using the following process:
- Review: We review the flagged information to identify the issue.
- Validation: Our team verifies the information using trusted sources such as company websites, regulatory filings, news articles, and public databases.
- Record Update: If the information is confirmed to be incorrect, we update the record. If the change cannot be verified, the record stays the same.
- Confirmation: We notify you by email with the results, whether the record was updated or no changes were made
Steps: Report Incorrect Company Information
- Go to a company’s detail page.
- Click the flag icon.
- Select from the following options:
- Firmographics (Industry, Annual Revenue, Employee Count, Address, Company URL, and Others): Select the categories that are incorrect, enter the correct information (if known), and click Submit.
- This company should be removed: If you think a company does not exist, enter your reasons, and click Submit.
Steps: Report Incorrect Person Information
- Go to a person’s detail page.
- Click the flag icon.
- Select from the following options:
- Demographics (Person no longer at company, Title is wrong, Phone number is wrong, Email address is wrong, and Others): Select the categories that are incorrect, enter the correct information (if known), and click Submit.
- This person should be removed: If you think the person should be removed, enter your reasons, and click Submit.
