Slack Alerts

If you have Slack integrated, Demandbase can send subscriptions and website visits as a Slack alert.

Subscription Alerts

Subscriptions can be delivered to Slack. You can specify who receives the subscription, the frequency, and the duration. See Configure Subscriptions.

Website Visitor Alerts

Information about your website visitors can be delivered to Slack in near-real time. They enable sales reps to quickly follow up on web engagement, increasing the odds of getting a response from their personalized outreach.

Users can customize website visit alerts by including or excluding accounts and excluding specific web pages. See Create or Customize Slack Alerts for Website Visitor.

Important: Demandbase automatically subscribes account owners to Website Visitor alerts when you set up Auto-Create Account List

Reports

A report is a table of data based on specific criteria important to various team members. Reports offer detailed analysis and visualizations of data, helping teams to track progress, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.

Reports are based on the following objects:

  • Account
  • Person
  • Activity
  • Opportunity

Demandbase provides a set of out-of-the-box reports. You can customize these preconfigured reports or create new reports.

Subscriptions

A subscription is a way of delivering reports or Snapshots to an individual or team through email or Slack alert. See Configure Subscriptions.

There are two types of report subscriptions:

  • Single List Subscription: Send the report or Snapshot to yourself or a few people.
  • Personalized Subscription: Send the report or Snapshot to users so they only see the accounts they own. Use this option if you want to easily set up a subscription for multiple account owners.
