Demandbase Pre-Built Account Lists

Demandbase provides out-of-the-box account lists to help you get started. To build your own account lists, see Create and Access Account Lists.

To access the out-of-the-box lists, from the left navigation bar, go to Database > Account Lists and select Demandbase from the List Type drop-down. 

Important: The Blacklisted Accounts account list is a Static list. To access it, select Static from the List Type drop-down.

Accounts with High Pipeline Predict Score 

Accounts ranked by Pipeline Predict Score.

Accounts with High Qualification Score 

Accounts ranked by Qualification Score.

Accounts with No Engagement

Accounts with no Engagement Minutes.

Accounts with Open Opportunities 

Accounts that have an open Opportunity.

All Accounts

All Accounts synced from your Salesforce, CSV uploads, and sourced by Demandbase (see Demandbase Sourced Accounts for more information.) 

Blacklisted Accounts

Accounts that are blacklisted in Email Connector settings. Use this list to suppress Communication History. 

Customer Accounts 

Accounts that either:

  • Have a Closed/Won opportunity; or,

  • Have a Type that contains the word Customer, Partner, or Client, but does not contain Former or start with Ex-.

Demandbase Accounts 

Accounts identified by Demandbase without a matched account in your Salesforce or CSV upload. Accounts are matched using the domain/website field. 

Demandbase sourced accounts have one of the following activities: 

  • Accounts showing high intent in the past 13 months.
  • Accounts visiting your website in the past 13 months (or the date the Demandbase tag was added.)
  • Accounts with Qualification Score 75% or higher.

Highly Engaged Accounts with No Open Opportunity 

Accounts that have no open opportunity and at least one Engagement Minute in the last three months.

MQAs with No Follow Up 

Accounts that are in the MQA stage but have no Sales Engagement in the last 14 days. Sales Engagement is a Segment and pre-defined as Task, Event, Inbound Email, and Meeting Attendance. It also includes Sales Email related events from Marketo, if applicable.

Net New Accounts with High Engagement 

Demandbase sourced accounts with at least one Engagement Minute in the last three months.

Net New Accounts with High Intent 

Demandbase sourced accounts with high Intent in the last month.

Net New Accounts with High Qualification Score

Demandbase sourced accounts with Qualification Score 75% or higher.
