Manage Action Visibility and Access (Action Configurations)

Context

Demandbase users can Take Action on the accounts and people that are engaging with your company. Admins can configure the actions available for users from the Action Configurations page.

Important:

• The action limits shown in the Limit column are informational only and cannot be changed. 
• Action Configurations impact the actions available to users in both Demandbase One for Marketing and Demandbase One for Sales.

Prerequisites/Preparation

You must have Admin privileges or be assigned to a permission set with the required Demandbase settings access.

Steps

1. From the left navigation bar, go to Settings > Demandbase-Wide Settings > Action Configurations.
2. To make an action visible for users, toggle on Quick action on/off.
3. To make an action available only to Admins, toggle on Enabled for admin only.
   Important: This toggle is only available when you toggle on Quick action on/off.
