The Connection Modes for Demandbase One are as follows:
- Disconnected Mode: The ABM Platform is not connected to a Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) or Marketing Automation System (MAS)
- Hybrid - MAS: The ABM Platform is connected to an MAS only, not a CRM
- Hybrid - CRM: The ABM Platform is connected to a CRM only, not an MAS
- Connected Mode: ABM Platform is fully integrated to a CRM and MAS
