When you integrate LinkedIn Ads with Demandbase, Demandbase generates an access token that allows Demandbase to access your LinkedIn ad account and manage LinkedIn Audiences.
LinkedIn Ads Access Token Expiration and Notifications
LinkedIn access tokens are valid for one year. You must reauthenticate the LinkedIn integration before the access token expires to maintain the connection.
Demandbase sends expiration notifications at the following intervals before the access token expires:
- 1 month
- 3 weeks
- 2 weeks
- 1 day
An expiration notice also appears next to the LinkedIn integration at Settings > Integrated Systems > Integrations > LinkedIn.
If you don't re-authenticate before the access token expires, the LinkedIn integration stops working and Demandbase sends daily notifications until you re-authenticate.
