Understanding System Notification Severity

System notifications are grouped by their severity. Within the instance of Demandbase, choose the issues to be notified daily or real-time, based on the severity of the issue. Select who should receive these notifications within your company. 

Demandbase classifies the following issues as High Severity:

  • Marketing Automation Credentials (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, ActOn, Eloqua)
  • Sales Tool Credentials (Salesloft, Outreach)
  • LinkedIn Credentials
  • LinkedIn Destination errors
  • Predictive models need retraining

Demandbase classifies the following issues as Medium Severity:

  • Demandbase email authentication
  • Broken Salesforce Report
  • Predictive model training errors

Demandbase classifies the following issues as Low Severity:

  • Salesforce Write-back errors
  • Marketo API Limits
