Manage Filters

Context

You can take actions to manage the filters you create or Demandbase Out-of-the-Box Filters.

Steps

  1. From the left navigation bar, go to Database_N.png Database and select Account Filters, Person Filters, Opportunity Filters, or Activity Filters
  2. In the table, select the check box for one or more filters.
  3. Click Take Action and select an available action.
    • Make Favorite: Select to add the filter as a favorite.
    • Unfavorite: Select to remove the report as a favorite.
    • Make Public: Select to make the filter public. Demandbase requires you to confirm before making the filter public.
      Important: After you make a filter public, you cannot make it private again.
    • Delete: Select to delete the filter. Demandbase requires you to confirm before deleting the filter.
      Important: If the filter is public, the action deletes the filter for all users.
