Understanding Selector Operators

  • Updated

Selector operators define how Demandbase evaluates conditions to determine which records match your selector criteria. The available operators depend on the field type, such as date, integer, or string.

For example, you can use date operators to find accounts with recent activity, integer operators to filter accounts by Engagement Points, or string operators to match specific industries

Date Operators

Date operators allow you to filter records based on specific dates or relative timeframes.

Important: Demandbase records activities, journeys, and similar events using Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). The platform displays timestamps based on your web browser's local timezone. As a result, dates and times displayed in the UI may differ from the original UTC timestamps.

For example, when the date changes at 12:00 a.m. UTC, it is still 4:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST) on the previous day. You may need to adjust your date operators to account for timezone differences. See Understanding Demandbase Data Availability.
