Account List Dashboard and Account Dashboard Overview

This article provides an overview of the types of engagement and activity you can view for the Account List Dashboard and the Account Dashboard.

Account List Dashboard Overview

The Account List Dashboard provides a snapshot of the activity and engagement for the account list selected in the top left-hand corner on the home page.

To access the Account List Dashboard, from the left navigation bar, go to Analytics > Dashboard and select the account list you want to work with from the drop-down list.

The Account List Dashboard contains the following sections. Click the links below to learn more.

Date Range Selector

Select the date range you want to filter the results by.

Quick Filters

  • The Quick Filters section lets you filter the Dashboard by Industry, Role, Department, and Journey Stage.
  • These filters apply to all sections of the Dashboard except the Quick Cards section.
  • These fields can be customized by Admins. See Create and Manage User Views.

Quick Cards

The Quick Cards section gives you quick links to customized views of other areas of Demandbase. Quick Cards help you answer questions like:

  • Who are the top qualified accounts with no sales touches?
  • Which accounts are pipeline opportunities with no sales follow up?
  • What are the top qualified accounts that are not found in your CRM?
  • Who are the newly engaged people in the last 30 days?
  • Which accounts are showing trending intent in the last 30 days?
  • What prospects are showing activity on your website in the last 30 days?

Clicking a Quick Card takes you to the customized page in the Analytics section where you can take action on specific insights. These cards can be customized by Admins. See Configure Quick Cards.

KPI Cards - Total Accounts and MQA Accounts

  • The Total Accounts and MQA Accounts card shows you how many total accounts you have in the Database, how many are in the MQA Stage, what percentage are in the MQA Stage, and whether that number is increasing or decreasing.
  • The increase or decrease is based on the number of accounts in the MQA Stage at the beginning of the time period compared to the number of accounts in the MQA Stage at the end of the time period that you select in the top right-hand corner.

KPI Cards - Existing Accounts and Net New Accounts

  • The Existing and Net New accounts card shows you the number of existing and net new accounts that you have.
  • Existing accounts are the number of accounts in Database that are from Salesforce or CSV upload.
  • Net new accounts are the number of accounts in Database that are from Demandbase.

KPI Cards - Intent Keywords and Trending Keywords

  • The Intent Keywords KPI card shows you the number of intent keywords researched, the number of trending keywords, the percentage change, and whether this is increasing or decreasing over time.
  • The increase or decrease is determined by the date range selected compared to the prior 30 days.

KPI Cards - Accounts Visited and Page Views

The Web Page Visits KPI card shows you the number of accounts that visited your website, and the number of page views.

Highlights

  • The Highlights section shows you the most engaged people for this account list. For each person, you can see the total Engagement Minutes and completed activities. The activities tracked include:
    • Pardot
      • Registered for Webinar
      • Attended Webinar
      • Landing Page Success
      • Form Success
    • Marketo
      • Program Success
      • Interesting Moments
      • Click Email
      • Fill Out Form
      • Visit Web Page
      • Click link
    • Eloqua
      • Form Submit
    • Salesforce
      • Campaign Member
      • Campaign Response
  • If you click a person, you are taken to the Person dashboard where you can view related metrics.

Accounts

  • The Accounts section shows you accounts ranked by Pipeline Predict, Qualification Score, and Most Engaged.
  • The Pipeline Predict tab shows you accounts likely to open an opportunity with you in the next month.
  • The Qualification Score tab shows you accounts that are similar to accounts who have had open opportunities with you in the past.
  • The Most Engaged tab shows you accounts sorted by Engagement Minutes.
  • If you click an account in any of these tabs, you are taken to the Account Dashboard.

Intent Keywords

  • The Intent Keywords section shows you Top Intent Keywords and Competitive Intent.
  • For both Top Intent Keywords and Competitive Intent, you can see the keywords being researched, sorted by intent strength.
  • You can also see if the keywords are trending.
  • The sparkline shows you how many accounts were searching for that keyword in the time period defined in the top right-hand corner.

Site Analytics

  • The Site Analytics section shows you the number of accounts that visited your website, and the number of unique visitors for the time period defined in the top right-hand corner.
  • The trend chart shows you page views, and the number of new and returning accounts that visited your web page over time.
  • You can also see the top pages visited, the number of page views, percentage change, and whether this is an increase or decrease.

Firmographics

  • The Firmographics section shows you accounts broken down by industry, revenue, and number of employees.
  • The bar chart shows you the number of accounts in each industry, revenue grouping, or number of employees grouping.

Account Dashboard Overview

The Account Dashboard provides a snapshot of the activity and engagement for the account you select in the top left-hand corner on the home page. To access the Account Dashboard follow these steps:

Step 1. Click the Analytics icon in the left panel.

Step 2. Select the account you want to work with.

Step 3. Click Dashboard.

This section provides an overview of the different types of account activity you can view on the Account Dashboard. Click the links below to learn more.

KPI Cards

  • KPI cards show you the Pipeline Predict score for the account, and how likely that account is to open an opportunity with you in the next month.
  • You can also see what Journey Stage the account is in, how many Account Lists it is a member of, and how many Ad Campaigns it is being targeted by.

  • Click Take Action to perform a task with this account based on its level of engagement and activity. For example, you can add it to an account list, or add it to a Salesforce campaign.
  • Click View Details to see more details about this account.

Account Details

  • The Details section shows you key information about the account.
  • The data will come from Salesforce if the account is from Salesforce, or CSV/Demandbase if the account was uploaded via a CSV file.

Quick Cards

  • The Quick Cards section gives you quick links to customized pages in the Analytics section.
  • If you click any of the Quick Cards, you are taken to a related area in Demandbase where you can see and take action on specific insights.
  • These cards can be customized by Admins. See Configure Quick Cards.

Timeline Chart

  • The Timeline Chart shows you engagement for the account in 3 different views: Deal Story, Engagement, and Group.
  • The Deal Story view highlights key activities for the account, and lets you view Marketing Engagement activities, Sales Engagement activities, or both.
  • You can also see the progression of the account through the Journey Stages with the bar chart below.
  • The Engagement and Group views show you Engagement for the account.

Intent Keywords

  • The Intent Keywords section shows you Top Intent Keywords and Competitive Intent.
  • For both Top Intent Keywords and Competitive Intent, you can see the keywords being researched, sorted by intent strength.
  • You can also see if the keywords are trending.
  • The sparkline shows you how many times a user at a specific account searched for that keyword in the time period defined in the top right-hand corner.

Site Analytics

  • The Site Analytics section shows you the last time that account visited your website, and the total number of page views for that account, the percentage change, and whether this is an increase or decrease.
  • The trend chart shows you the number of unique visitors and page views.
  • You can also see the top pages visited, the number of page views, percentage change, and whether this is an increase or decrease.
  • If you click the Total Page Views or Last Seen On Site cards, you are taken to the Site Analytics page where you can see more related metrics.
