How Does Demandbase Rank Keywords?
Among all keywords being researched by similar-sized companies, Demandbase ranks a keyword by the number of people researching it:
- High Intent = the top 15% of the number of people researching it.
- Medium Intent = the mid 50-85% of the number of people researching it.
- Low Intent = the bottom 50% researching it.
You can view the intent keyword sets by navigating to Settings > Intent Data and clicking the Demandbase Intent tab.
Demandbase Intent Reports
Demandbase provides the following Intent reports that are available by navigating to Analytics > Reports:
- Demandbase High Intent Accounts No Sales Touches Last 14 Days
- Demandbase High Intent Accounts Last 30 Days
- Trending Accounts Last 30 days
Intent Field Available in Salesforce
In this release, there is a Demandbase Intent field available from the Salesforce Account Page (this field is also viewable in Settings > SFDC Fields in the Demandbase Platform).
What Problem Does this Solve?
Until now, Engagio customers were only able to access a limited amount of Bombora Intent unless they have a Bombora license. This means most customers had no intent option without significantly increasing their costs, and even those that did pay for it only had access to the far more limited publishers and keywords that Bombora tracks. Now, Engagio customers enrolled in the EAP have unlimited access, without an additional fee, to the full set of Demandbase Intent signals, which includes tens of thousands of keywords and hundreds of billions of signals per month.
