Site Analytics

What it is:

Demandbase is excited to announce Site Analytics, a self-service solution that allows you to unlock insights into account activity on your company’s website. Using Site Analytics, you can easily segment website traffic data and answer questions such as:

  • Which businesses are likely to buy?
  • Which companies are interested in your products  and services?
  • What were the most frequently visited pages in the last month?
  • Which accounts visited my site most in the last month?

What it solves:

Previously, you didn’t have a complete view of all accounts visiting your company’s website. You couldn’t tell if accounts visiting your company’s website were consuming the right content and showing interest and learning about your brand and products. So, there was no easy way to act on accounts exhibiting onsite behaviors.

While there are third-party tools for website analytics, such tools do not provide a self-service option and native integration with the Demandbase ABM Platform for Account-Based Marketing (ABM) like Site Analytics. Site Analytics provides an account-based lens to website activity to track the buyer journey, so you can use those insights to roll out appropriate marketing strategies to increase website visits, engagement or conversions.

Data Stream

What it is:

Demandbase is excited to announce a new way for you to have easy and direct access to rich audience-based data that marketers are looking for. Our goal is to help you understand your customers better and to take action from Demandbase data insights. You will be able to add a new dimension of intent, campaign data and site analytics into your existing internal data warehouse to build your own dashboards or to add into a machine learning model to significantly improve your marketing and sales operations.

Getting Started

  • If you are interested in using Data Stream, reach out to your account manager or CSM who will help you connect with the product team to get set up for the initial data delivery.
  • You can also view the Data Stream FAQs to learn more about using Data Stream.

What it solves:

It is always a challenge for you to have the complete picture of the whole operation.  It is almost impossible to have everything within just one tool. In order to develop accurate and actionable insights, you need to have all the data in one place. However, in the current workspace, companies are using multiple tools and it is very time-consuming to export data from every single tool. As a result, you cannot build truly reliable and actionable internal dashboards and reports because they are missing a lot of key data.

Data Stream is here to help you build dashboards with insights and recommendations. It will focus on three areas: data, structure and delivery. Data Stream includes all the data that you are looking for to understand your potential customers and where they are at in their buying journey. Data such as intent, custom attributes and campaign performance are all part of the package to drive insights and recommend actions. Data Stream’s data delivery works with all major data warehouses such as Big Query and Redshift. You will have easy access to the structured data delivered to your preferred data warehouse daily which can then be linked to reporting tools such as Tableau and Domo.  With Data Stream, you no longer need to go through the pain of exporting and importing to get all the relevant data in one place. Anyone in the company can create their own dashboards or use artificial intelligence (AI) to be truly data-driven in marketing and sales operations.
