These instructions will show you how to grant Support temporary Salesforce access to troubleshoot various Demandbase for Salesforce issues.
- In Salesforce, go to the Setup page.
- Go to My Personal Information > Grant Login Access.
- Search for DEMANDBASE, INC. Support.
- Set the access duration date by choosing a value from the picklist. Generally, 3 days to a week is suggested depending on the severity of the issue.
- Click Save.
