Grant Temporary access to Demandbase for Salesforce

This article show you how to grant temporary Salesforce access to Demandbase Support. This allows us to troubleshoot various Salesforce-related issues in Demandbase.

Steps

  1. In Salesforce, go to the Setup page. 
  2. Go to My Personal Information > Grant Login Access.

  3. Search for DEMANDBASE, INC. Support.

  4. Set the access duration date by choosing a value from the picklist. Generally, 3 days to a week is suggested depending on the severity of the issue.
  5. Click Save.
