Grant Demandbase Support Temporary Salesforce Access

You can grant Demandbase Support temporary access to your Salesforce environment to help troubleshoot Salesforce-related issues with Demandbase.

Grant Demandbase Support Temporary Salesforce Access

  1. In Salesforce, go to Setup. 
  2. From the left navigation bar, go to My Personal Information > Grant Login Access.

  3. Search for DEMANDBASE, INC. Support.

  4. Set the access duration date by choosing a value from the picklist. Generally, 3 days to a week is suggested depending on the severity of the issue.
  5. Click Save.
