Dynamic CRM Audiences
What it is:
OAuthed users can now automatically sync their audiences with CRM data every 7 days, reducing data discrepancies and ensuring your list is always up to date.
What it solves:
In the past, CRM data was not updated every 7 days and which caused some data discrepancies. Now with CRM data being updated every 7 days, you avoid data discrepancies and reporting and metrics are more accurate.

Improved Messaging and Usability When CRM Resync has an Error
What it is:
When the nightly resync for a dynamic CRM audience has an error, you will now see a message that alerts you of the error. You can choose to dismiss the message and all audience data from the most recent sync will still be available.
What it solves:
Previously you were not alerted when there was an error in your nightly resync for a dynamic CRM audience. Now you are alerted when there is an error and you have the opportunity to dismiss the error and still have access to the current audience data.

Continued Improvement to Profile Keywords
What it is:
You now receive real-time feedback on whether a keyword has been considered or rejected so you know the status of the keyword. When a keyword is rejected you will see an alert that contains the reason for the rejection and what will happen next.
What it solves:
In the past you did not receive real-time feedback on the status of a keyword. Now you know the status of the keyword in real-time which saves you time and allows you to determine the usability of keywords you select for your profile.

Whitelist Expansion to Increase Inventory and High Intent User Reachability
What it is:
The expansion of Demandbase’s whitelist of brand safe websites grows inventory for targeting high-intent users. With the expansion, you can expect to see increases in onsite engagement for your target accounts, a key campaign performance metric. Demandbase remains committed to only bidding in high-quality environments and we will continue to report transparently on where every impression is served.
What it solves:
This improves Demandbase’s ability to target high-intent users when researching specific content based profile keywords. Delivering messaging in context with granular work environments drives increased onsite engagement.
