Add Accounts to An Existing Audience

Overview

These instructions will show you how to add an account(s) to an existing audience via a CSV File or by Individual Account. Click the links below to learn more.

CSV Method

1. Prepare the CSV file with the column titles of Account Name and Account Domain.

2. Navigate to the audience you would like to add the account to. Next, click Add Account(s) from the Actions Menu.

3. Select the Upload an account list (CSV) option, and then click Upload CSV file

Select the file you want to load. Next, click Add Account(s).

4. Once the account has been loaded, give the audience time to regenerate. The system will provide you with an estimate of how long it will take to regenerate the audience. 

5. When the regeneration is complete, the accounts will either be in the audience or audit report.

Individual Account Method

1. Navigate to the audience you would like to add accounts to and click Add Accounts from the Actions menu.

2. Select the Add accounts from an existing audience or search for an account option.

3. Enter in the account name that you are looking for. Or, select an audience that contains an account that you would like to add and enter it into the account bar. Click the Add Account(s) button.

4. Once the account has been loaded, give the audience time to regenerate. The system will provide you with an estimate of how long it will take to regenerate the audience. 

5. When the regeneration is complete, the accounts will either be in the audience or audit report.
