You can use the filters available from your Audiences page in the ABM Platform to build out audiences and use them to take action based on your goals.

Here are recommended filter combinations and actions to take for the most common audience scenarios.

Audience Scenarios

Unaware Audience

This is a list of accounts which do not yet know about your offerings.

Recommended Filters and Actions for Unaware Audiences
Filter Settings Actions to Take 
  • Overall Score =
    NOT low
  • Last seen >=
    60 days
  • Recommended interval: 2x a year or every quarter
  • Filter out accounts in pipe
  • Create audience and target a campaign/program
  • Identify SEO keywords using intent information
  • Share accounts, last seen on, and intent keywords with SDR for initial outreach
  • Create personalization experience(s)
  • Refresh at a regular cadence to refocus and optimize campaign

Previously Engaged Audience

These are accounts that have visited your site long ago and would be good candidates to retarget and reengage.
