The Demandbase Data Processing Addendum (DPA) for customers has legal terms and conditions that apply to the processing of Personal Data by Demandbase. The DPA is incorporated into and forms part of the terms and conditions of the Demandbase Master Subscription Agreement, or other written or electronic agreement under which Demandbase or its Affiliates provides services to customers.
