Overview

Demandbase ingests data from the following Salesforce report extracts during the initial setup and implementation of the Conversion solution.

  • Accounts Report
  • Users Report
  • Account Teams Report

The data contained in the files lets Demandbase determine which account owners at your company should receive Conversion Insights.  Demandbase also matches the account domain data in Salesforce to the company domains in the Demandbase database.

Steps

Follow these steps to extract your Salesforce reports.

Steps

Step 1: Create and Export the Accounts Report

1.1. Click New Report in Salesforce and select Accounts & Contacts > Accounts.
