Preview is not loading

If you receive the following message in Site Optimization's Preview mode, you may want to check a few options before raising to your CSM: 


Display Options

Confirm that the display options are set properly for the intended page prior to Previewing the page:


Blacklist Settings

Confirm that the blacklist settings do NOT contain the page or rules excluding the page you are trying to preview:


Browser Cache

Make sure that your browser is not caching unexpectedly:

  • Try loading the platform in an incognito window in case there are any Javascript issues unique to your browser window affecting the view from rendering as intended.

Tag Deployment

Ensure that the page you are trying to preview has the Demandbase Tag:
