Understanding Advanced Selectors

Advanced selectors allow you to build highly customized lists using detailed criteria across object types (accounts, people, opportunities, and activities.) They support complex logic, giving you the flexibility to combine multiple conditions and relationships for precise targeting and segmentation.

Steps

1. In the Advanced Selector tab, add selectors using the following options:
   • In the search box, search for a selector, and drag and drop fields to the left.
     Tip: When dragging a field, make sure you drop the field inside the gray box. 
   • Click the plus sign, and In the Select field box, enter the selector name.
     
2. Refine the selector by choosing logic, operators, and additional criteria. See Selector Operators and Understanding Relationships Selectors.
3. Click the refresh icon in the top right to see how many records qualify for the criteria.
   
4. Click Save.
