Understanding the Demandbase One for Marketing Helpbot

The Demandbase Helpbot is your self-service assistant designed to guide you through tasks, resources, and support options, all from within the platform. Whether you're setting up an account list, adding a Journey Stage, learning platform features, or reaching out for help, the Helpbot is here to simplify the process.

Steps

  1. From the left navigation bar, click Help.png DB Help.
  2. In the right DB Help window, you can take the following actions:
    • Enter a question in the chat and the Helpbot provides relevant answers from internal knowledge sources.
      Tips:
      • Be as specific as possible for the best results.
      • If the answer shows an article, click the article link to see it in the Help Center.
    • Click top right Quick Links and select from the following options:
      • Help Center: Browse Help Center articles by category.
      • Contact Us: Submit or view Demandbase Support tickets.
        Tip: You can also create, update, and check tickets by entering prompts in the Helpbot chat. 
      • Demandbase Academy: Enroll in on-demand courses to expand your platform knowledge.
      • Customer Office Hours: Sign up for upcoming Office Hour sessions or watch past recordings.
      • Join Demandbase Research Lab: Participate in upcoming product studies and help shape the future of Demandbase.
