Understanding the Demandbase One for Sales Web App

In addition to the Prescriptive Sales Dashboards, the Demandbase One for Sales (formerly Sales Intelligence) web app provides you with robust insights about the accounts and people you're researching. The web app delivers company and people level details, engagement, technographics, intent data, news, social media posts, and emails. This provides a deep level of visibility into meaningful account information so that sales professionals can take the next best action on an account. 

Important:

  • You must have a Demandbase One for Sales and Demandbase One for Marketing license. The iFrame view differs by license type. If you’re unsure about your license type, contact your CSM for more information.

  • To see Engagement data: 
    • User must be added to Demandbase One for Marketing.
    • Your CRM (Salesforce or Dynamics) must be integrated with Demandbase.

The web app includes the Account, People, Engagement, and Insights tabs that show information about the companies and people you are researching:
