Re-authenticate Integrations

You may need to periodically re-authenticate your integrations due to expired tokens or change in integration users. Re-authentication is important for maintaining uninterrupted data sync.

Important: To re-authenticate expired LinkedIn tokens, see Integrate and Re-Authenticate LinkedIn Ads with Demandbase 

Prerequisites

• You must have Admin privileges or be assigned to a permission set with the required Demandbase settings access. 
• You must have Admin privileges for the integration you are re-authenticating.

Steps

1. From the left navigation bar, go to Settings > Integrated Systems > Integrations. 
2. Click the name of the integration you are re-authenticating.
3. Scroll down to OAuth Settings and click Edit. 
4. (Optional) If required, enter the Consumer Secret. 
5. Click Re-Authenticate.
6. (Optional) If required, log in to the integration using Admin credentials. 
7. Click Save. 
   Important: You must complete this step to save the re-authentication.
