Manage Technographics Settings in Demandbase One for Sales

Technographics data helps identify companies that use relevant technologies in the market. In Demandbase One for Sales, admins can manage Technographics in the Admin Portal.

Prerequisites

• You must have Admin privileges or be assigned to a permission set with the required Demandbase settings access One for Sales.
• You must purchase the Demandbase One for Sales Technographics add-on. Reach out to your Demandbase Account Team for more information.

Steps

1. Access the Admin Portal using one of the following options:
   • Demandbase One for Sales web app: From the left navigation bar, go to Settings, and click top right Unified Admin Portal.
   • Demandbase One for Sales iFrame or browser extension: Click the top right three-lines and select Admin.
2. From the left navigation bar, go to Account Settings > Tech Settings.
3. Click Edit Technologies.
   
4. Select or deselect the checkboxes for a category to show or hide the technologies in that category.
5. Search for a technology and click the + icon next to it.
6. Click Save.
   
7. Log out of Demandbase One for Sales and close all windows and tabs.
8. Open a new window and log back in to Demandbase One for Sales.
