Manage Technographics Settings in Demandbase One for Sales

Context

In Demandbase One for Sales (formerly Sales Intelligence), admins can manage the Technographics add-on from the Admin Portal. The add-on Technographics helps identify companies that use relevant technologies in the market.

Important: You must contact Demandbase Support to make future updates to your Technographics settings.

Prerequisites/Preparation

You must have admin privileges in Demandbase One for Sales.

You must purchase the Demandbase One for Sales Technographics add-on to use this feature. Contact your Demandbase CSM for more information.

Steps

1. To access the Admin Portal, do one of the following:
   • In the Demandbase One for Sales web app, go to Settings in the left navigation bar and click Unified Admin Portal at the top of the page.
   • In the Demandbase One for Sales iFrame or browser extension, click the three lines at the top right and click Admin.
2. From the left navigation menu, go to Tech Settings.
3. Click the plus sign next to a technology.
   Tip: Select or deselect the checkboxes for a category to show or hide technologies in that category.
   
4. Click Save.
