Manage Profile Information

The My Profile page in Demandbase One for Sales allows you to view and manage your profile information, including:

  • Contact Info: Update your name, job title, phone number, and address.
  • User Info: View your Demandbase One for Sales User ID and business email address, and update your personal email address.
  • Localization Preferences: Update the currency, date, and address formats used for company and contact information.
  • Subscription Info: If you have a Demandbase One for Sales Pro license, you can view your subscription details. You can also use the link to contact the Demandbase Billing team about subscription changes.

Steps

  1. To access the My Profile page, do one of the following:
    • In the Demandbase One for Sales web app, from the left navigation bar, go to Settings N.png Settings > User Settings > My Profile.
    • In the Demandbase One for Sales iFrame or browser extension, click the top right three-lines and select My Profile.
  2. Update the following information as needed:
    • Contact Info: Personal information
    • User Info: Email address
    • Localization Preference:
      • USD/American date and address format 
      • GBP/European date and address format
      • EUR/European date and address format
  3. Click Save.
