Manage Profile Information

The My Profile page allows you to view and manage your Sales Intelligence user profile information. The information available includes:

  • Contact Info: You can update your name, job title, phone number, and address.
  • User Info: You can view your Sales Intelligence User ID and your business email address and update your personal email address.
  • Localization Preference: Update the currency, date, and address format used for company and contact information.
  • Subscription Info: If you have a Sales Intelligence Pro license, you can view your subscription details. You can also click the link to contact the Demandbase Billing team about subscription changes.


  1. To access the My Profile page, do one of the following:
    • In the Sales Intelligence web app, go to Settings N.png Settings > My Profile in the left navigation bar.
    • In the Sales Intelligence iFrame or browser extension, click the three lines at the top right and select My Profile to open the web app.
  2. In the Contact Info section, update the information as needed.
  3. In the User Info section, update your Personal Email as needed.
  4. In the Localization Preference section, select one of the following options:
    • USD/American date and address format 
    • GBP/European date and address format
    • EUR/European date and address format
  5. Click Save.
