Build People Lists from Watchlists

Context

In Demandbase One for Sales (formerly Sales Intelligence), you can build people lists that include contacts from companies on your watchlists. For example, you build a list of employees with specific job functions and levels the companies on a watchlist. After building the people list, you can also export it.

Prerequisites/Preparation

Create the watchlists you want to use. See Create and Manage Watchlists.

Steps

  1. To build a new list, do one of the following:
    • In the Demandbase One for Sales web app, go to Build a List.png Build a List in the left navigation bar.
    • In the Demandbase One for Sales iFrame or browser extension, click the three lines at the top right and select Build a List to open the web app.
  2. In the right Start with a List pane, click My Saved Lists and select a watchlist.

  3. Add filters to find the people you want added to the list. For example, you can add job function and job level filters to find people meeting these criteria at the companies on your watchlist. For information about adding filters, see Build and Manage Lists.

  4. Click Save to save the list of people as a saved search.
  5. In the window that opens, enter a Search Name and click Save.
  6. (Optional) To export the list results, click Export and select Export to Excel File or Export to CSV. Your credit limit determines the number of records you can export. For more information, see Understanding Export Credit Limits.
