What are the Prescriptive Sales Dashboards and how can I access them?

The Prescriptive Sales Dashboards is the homepage for the Sales Intelligence web app and includes the following dashboards.

  • Accounts that I should reach out to: Shows accounts ranked by:
    1. Highest Pipeline Predict Score in the last seven days
    2. Highest Qualification Score in the last seven days
    3. Most recent engagement in the last seven days
  • Accounts that are most engaged: Shows accounts ranked by the highest Engagement Minutes in the last seven days.
  • Accounts that have the highest intent: Shows accounts ranked by the highest Intent Engagement Minutes in the last seven days.
  • Accounts that have been in the news recently: Shows the most recent news articles in the past week from your watchlists.

You can access the dashboards by logging in to the Sales Intelligence web app at https://web.demandbase.com/sales.

Is the Accounts that have the highest intent dashboard based on Demandbase Intent or Bombora Intent?

The Accounts that have the highest intent dashboard is based on Demandbase Intent. 

Which account lists can I choose from in the Prescriptive Sales Dashboards?

The account lists available include the account lists you create or subscribe to and auto-created account lists from Demandbase.

How does Sales Intelligence determine which recommended people to show when I select an account?

The recommended people to contact include people from your connections and executives from the Sales Intelligence database.

Do the recommended people for an account include my known contacts?

No, the recommended people currently only include people from the Sales Intelligence database. 

How does my assigned user view affect the Prescriptive Sales Dashboards? 

The user view configured and assigned by your Demandbase Admin in Demandbase determines the information shown in the dashboards. These include the default account list shown and the default filter applied.

What are the licensing requirements for accessing the Prescriptive Sales Dashboards?

The dashboards you can access depend on your license. The following table shows the requirements for each dashboard.

Can I access the Prescriptive Sales Dashboards from my CRM?

Yes, you can access the dashboards using a custom tab in Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Outreach. To access the dashboards in Salesforce, you must have the latest version of the app package installed and add a custom tab for Sales Intelligence. For information, see:

If you’re a HubSpot CRM user, you can access the dashboards by logging in to the Sales Intelligence web app. You can also embed web app as external content on a HubSpot dashboard. For more information, see the HubSpot documentation.

Important:

  • To embed the Sales Intelligence web app on a HubSpot dashboard, enter https://web.demandbase.com/sales in the URL or embed code field in HubSpot.
  • Your HubSpot license determines if you can embed external content on a HubSpot dashboard.
  • Your Demandbase license determines the dashboards you can access.

Do the Prescriptive Sales Dashboards support Salesforce Classic?

Yes, the dashboards support both Salesforce Classic and Lightning. 

Are the Prescriptive Sales Dashboards replacing the Sales Insights reports available as out-of-the-box dashboards in Salesforce?

No, you can continue to use the out-of-the-box dashboards if you have them set up in Salesforce and you can continue to build these dashboards.

Can I access the Prescriptive Sales Dashboards in disconnected mode without a CRM integration?

If you meet the licensing requirements, you can access the dashboards in disconnected mode by logging in to Sales Intelligence.

Can I access the Prescriptive Sales Dashboards from the snapshot emails that I receive?

If you have the required license, clicking on the following sections in a snapshot email directs you to the Prescriptive Sales Dashboards in the Sales Intelligence web app:

  • Click See all in the Top Accounts snapshot section to access the Accounts that I should reach out to dashboard.
  • Click See all in the Most Engaged Accounts snapshot section to access the Accounts that are the most engaged dashboard.
  • Click See all in the Accounts with Highest Intent snapshot section to access the Accounts that have the highest intent dashboard.

When you access the dashboards from a snapshot email, the date range shown matches the date range from the snapshot section. To revert back to the default dashboard date range (last seven days), click the x next to the date range.

Tip: Clicking on an account name in the Top Accounts, Most Engaged Accounts, or Accounts with Highest Intent snapshot sections directs you to its Account page in the Sales Intelligence web app. 

Can I customize the Prescriptive Sales Dashboards to add filters, show custom reports, or prioritize accounts based on my role?

No, the dashboards cannot currently be customized.
