If you have the required license, clicking on the following sections in a snapshot email directs you to the Prescriptive Sales Dashboards in the Sales web app:
- Click See all in the Top Accounts snapshot section to access the Accounts that I should reach out to dashboard.
- Click See all in the Most Engaged Accounts snapshot section to access the Accounts that are the most engaged dashboard.
- Click See all in the Accounts with Highest Intent snapshot section to access the Accounts that have the highest intent dashboard.
When you access the dashboards from a snapshot email, the date range shown matches the date range from the snapshot section. To revert back to the default dashboard date range (last seven days), click the x next to the date range.
Tip: Clicking on an account name in the Top Accounts, Most Engaged Accounts, or Accounts with Highest Intent snapshot sections directs you to its Account page in the Sales web app.
