Disable Agents

Sales Intelligence includes 18 predefined general agent categories that represent cover sales trigger events. These agents are selected for you by default. If any of the general agents do not apply to your organization, you have the option to disable them. 


  1. To access the Manage Agents page, do one of the following:
    • In the Sales Intelligence web app, go to Settings_N.png Settings > Manage Agents in the left navigation bar.
    • In the Sales Intelligence iFrame or browser extension, click the three lines at the top right and select Manage Agents.
  2. Scroll down to the Standard Agents section and deselect the checkbox for the agents to disable.
    Tip: You can also disable team and custom agents by deselecting their checkboxes.

  3. At the bottom of the page, click Save.
