The intention of this article is to create a base report that you can extend to fit your business needs. It is in no way comprehensive and some of the data contained within may not be applicable to your specific implementation.
This article assumes that you have Google Analytics and that it has been integrated with Demandbase.
In this article we will be creating a custom report for viewing the visitors interacting with your website using Demandbase Company Profile Attributes. You should use this report as a foundation for creating your own reports that are unique to your business needs.
It is important to understand that this report can be extended in many different ways that are unique to your needs. Speak to your Customer Success Manager or contact Demandbase Support for more information.
Step 1: Create Custom Report
Navigate to "Customization" then click "+ New Custom Report"
Step 2: Setup the Report
Please follow these screen shots to setup the report. Note that you may substitute the "Industry" and "Sub Industry" dimensions for other dimensions that are important for you such as "Audience" and "Audience Segment" or any other Demandbase Company Profile Attribute.
Step 3: Save the Report
You're finished! Explore the data and identify the areas that are most important for you. Don't hesitate to contact your Customer Success Manager or Demandbase Support for assistance.
