Installing the Demandbase App Package in Outreach provides access to Demandbase One for Sales (DB1S) through:
- An iFrame on Account, Prospect, and Opportunity records.
- The standalone DB1S web app from the Outreach navigation bar.

Prerequisites for Installing the DB1S iFrame in Outreach
- You must be an admin user in Outreach.
- Available features differ by license type. See Understanding Demandbase One for Sales Insights in Outreach for more information.
Install the Demandbase App in Outreach
- Log in to Outreach as an admin user.
- Go to Administration > Integrations > Installed Apps.

Search for Demandbase and click on the Demandbase App tile.

In the authorization pop-up,. click Install to accept the permission request for your entire Outreach Workspace.

Click Login to Demandbase to start a new session with Demandbase.
(Optional) Add the Demandbase iFrame as a Tile in Outreach
You can optionally add the Demandbase iFrame as a Sales Intelligence tile on Account and Prospect layouts. See Outreach's article Customizing Outreach Sales Intelligence Tiles.
Tip: After adding the tile, share the page layout with all Outreach users who need access.
Outcome: Access Demandbase One for Sales in Outreach
After installing the Demandbase App, you can access DB1S through the embedded iFrame or standalone web app.
Access the DB1S iFrame from Outreach Records
Open an Account, Prospect, or Opportunity record and select the Demandbase tab.
Access the Standalone DB1S Web App from Outreach
Click the Demandbase icon in the Outreach navigation bar. From the web app, you can search the Demandbase database, build lists, and manage features such as agents, connections, and watchlists.
