Troubleshooting: Unable to Select LinkedIn Ad Account During Reauthentication

While reauthenticating the ad account for the LinkedIn integration, you may encounter an issue that prevents you from reselecting the ad account used previously.

Solution

If you cannot reselect the LinkedIn ad account used previously for the integration, take the following steps:

  1. Delete the LinkedIn ad account used for the integration.
  2. Add the LinkedIn ad account again.

Important: The audiences added for the LinkedIn ad account continue to be available after you delete and the ad account.
