Troubleshoot: Unable to Select LinkedIn Ad Account During Re-authentication

When re-authenticating the ad account for the LinkedIn integration, you may encounter an issue where you cannot select the previously used ad account.

You must have Admin privileges in Demandbase. 

You must have Admin privileges in LinkedIn.


  1. Delete the LinkedIn ad account used for the integration.
  2. Add the LinkedIn ad account again.
    Important: The audiences for the LinkedIn ad account are still available.
